You / User: Registered NDIS provider, coordinator, admin, or authorized personnel.
Service: All features of NDIS Care Metrics, including NDIS report writing, data input/export, audit preparation, invoices, dashboards, etc.
3. License & Access
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access/use the Platform for your internal NDIS operations.
You may not reverse-engineer, distribute, modify, or repurpose the software.
4. User Responsibilities
Keep login credentials confidential.
Ensure all data input is accurate, lawful, and compliant with NDIS guidelines.
Report any unauthorized access or data breaches promptly to us.
5. Intellectual Property
All Platform content and software remain our exclusive intellectual property. You receive no ownership or usage rights beyond this license.
6. Privacy & Data Security
We process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.
Data is stored securely and only accessible to authorized users.
7. Limitation of Liability
Use of the Platform is at your own risk; it is provided “as is.”
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for purpose or non-infringement.
We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or data, except as required by law.
8. Updates & Modifications
We may update content, features, or Terms & Conditions at any time. We’ll notify you of material changes by email or through the Platform. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, misuse the Platform, or if required by law.
Upon termination, your license ends and you must cease all use of the Platform.
